REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window — You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to start a return — Email us at greid@bemien.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll respond with instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges — The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
Non-returnable items — Items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
