You set aside stock for MIEN instead of us syncing your inventory, and we list exactly that quantity. It stays yours: say the word and we take it down the same day. Minimum 10 units total across everything you list.

04How it works

You’re not on Shopify Collective, so we do this the manual way. It’s more work for MIEN and almost none for you.

Send us what you’re listing

A link to each product on your site is enough. If it’s not online, photos plus title, price, sizes and condition. MIEN builds the listings and sends you a preview before anything goes live.

Set your allocation

You set aside the stock you’re committing to MIEN. Minimum 10 units total, no per-size minimum. It stays yours and you can pull it back any time. This is what stops us selling something you already sold somewhere else.

Orders come to you

When someone buys, you get an email with the item, size, quantity, ship-to address and a ship-by date. Nothing to log into.

Ship within 3 days

Your own packaging, your own label. No MIEN branding, no invoice or price on the packing slip. Then send tracking back through the link in the order email.

You get paid

Within 7 days of tracking, straight to the payout details you gave above. No minimum, no waiting for a monthly cycle.

New drops are the same: send the link and they go up.

05The agreement

The short version:

You keep your inventory and ship your own orders. MIEN takes 20% on what sells, flat, no matter the price or discount. You get paid within 7 days of tracking going up, no minimum. You set your own prices, and MIEN won’t change them without your say-so. You can leave with 30 days notice, and anything already ordered still gets fulfilled. Your brand, your images, your trademarks stay yours.

Accept the invite

MIEN will send a Shopify Collective invite to the email above. It lands in your Shopify admin. Accept it and MIEN shows up as a retailer you’re connected to.

Build a price list for MIEN

This is the step that matters. In your admin, go to Collective, then Price lists, and create one for MIEN. When you pick products, choose Select all rather than hand-picking. Anything not on that list is invisible to MIEN. It genuinely cannot be seen.

Keep the list current

Shopify doesn’t add new products to an existing price list automatically. When you drop something new, add it to the MIEN list or it never reaches the feed. Worth doing at the same time you publish to your own store.

That’s it

Orders come into your Shopify admin like any other order. You fulfill and ship as normal. MIEN takes 20% and you get paid within 7 days of tracking going up.
