mien is a feed of brands worth knowing. we pick every one of them ourselves, and nobody pays for placement. not for a spot in the feed, not for a position in it, not ever.

how buying works

you check out on mien and the brand ships it to you. mien is the seller, so there is one order, one receipt, and one place to come back to if something isn’t right.

older tiles that link out

some pieces still on the feed are from before that, and tapping them takes you to the brand’s own store to buy. those pieces say so on their own page. the price you pay is the one at the brand’s checkout, and an order placed there is between you and them, because mien never handles the payment. a few of those outbound links may earn mien a small commission at no extra cost to you. it never changes what you pay, and it has never decided what we pick. these are on their way out.

if a brand ever pays for its position in the feed, that tile will say featured on it. nothing does today.

prices and deals

every price is the brand’s own. mien never marks anything up and never invents a discount. outlet pieces are stock a brand has put 30% off retail or more, and those prices are visible to signed-in members only. they stay out of search engines and shopping feeds, which is what lets a brand discount here without touching its own full-price channels.
