SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time — Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times and rates — Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Items shipped by partner brands — MIEN features products from partner brands. Some items may ship directly from the brand, which can affect delivery times. If your order includes items from more than one source, they may arrive separately.
International shipping — International availability and rates are shown at checkout where offered. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Tracking — A tracking number is provided once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us.
Lost or delayed orders — If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, reach out and we'll help track it down.
