mien keeps 20% of each sale on current-price items, and 25% on outlet items, meaning anything you list at 30% off retail or more. you keep the rest. you set every price; mien never changes one.
everything must be at least 20% off retail to be listed. the lane is worked out per item from your price against retail, not chosen. you see it, and the rate that comes with it, on each item as you enter it.
items at 30% off or more go into the members-only outlet. those prices are visible only to signed-in members, and they are kept out of search engines and shopping feeds, so your own full-price channels stay clean.
you get paid within 7 days of tracking confirming. no minimum payout.
buyers check out on mien and you fulfill. ship within 3 business days with tracking. if you can’t, the sale may be refunded and the item pulled.
mien reserves the right to decline individual items, and to remove any listing, any time. that’s the whole point.
everything you list must be authentic and described accurately. misrepresentation means removal from mien and forfeiture of that payout.
final sale, except items not as described. when something isn’t as described, mien covers the return shipping; otherwise the buyer does.
you grant mien the right to use your listing photos on the feed, socials, and marketing.
keep every other channel you sell on. cancel anytime, because listing on mien locks you into nothing.
you’re an independent business. taxes are yours. we’ll request a w-9 only if you cross irs reporting thresholds.
